You’ll hear me say this a few times in the video, but this recipe is SO good. Portion control, something I pride myself on and help coach others to master, is extra challenging for me with this one because of how much I love this recipe. BUT, I barely had to tweak it for the health coach in me so that’s a win!

I. Love. Breakfast. Do you? For a while, my husband and I would only really enjoy breakfasts on the weekends.
